Barflow Tube (Multi-holes Pitot Tube)
Differ from Orifice and Venturi tube, Pitot-Tubes do not have throttle portion, and are therefore, possible to maintain the pressure-loss at very small rate.
Also, as this has multiple holes for both total pressure measurement and static pressure measurement, it can measure average fluid velocity in the piping and consequently detects steady flow late.
